no frontFor men with ADHD & burnout

Questions, answered.

The short version. No sales patter.

What is no front.?

A private, application-only community for adult men living with ADHD, burnout and the stress that comes with them. Pseudonyms. Peers, not treatment.

Who is it for?

Adult men (18+), including men diagnosed later in life, men still wondering, men good at masking and men running on empty. Gay, straight and bisexual men are equally welcome.

Do I need a diagnosis?

Formal diagnosis not required; on or off meds, welcome.

How do I apply?

First confirm where you live on the Apply page. UK or Ireland residents continue to sign in or create an account, then complete an application. The founder reads every application himself. Approval is required; paying never bypasses it. An invitation holds your place for seven days.

What does it cost?

The Library and monthly letter are free, with no membership needed. Outta Orbit has 50 founding places at £12 / €14 a month or £120 / €140 a year, locked while your subscription continues. Afterwards: £16 / €19 a month. Inna Orbit has five places beyond the 50 at £85 / €99 a month or £850 / €990 a year, locked while you stay. It includes asynchronous replies Tuesday and Thursday evenings and one 30-minute call a month. Not coaching. Not therapy. Euro prices are rounded equivalents; prices include VAT. Billing is not live. Nothing is charged today; founding members pay nothing until launch.

Can I join from outside the UK or Ireland?

Applications are open first to people living in the UK or Ireland. Elsewhere? Join the international waitlist. It is not a membership approval or a charge.

What happens to my data?

Member database is in the EU (Ireland). Some supplier processing, including Anthropic for moderation and the help assistant, may happen outside the UK and EU. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. Read the Privacy page for the details.

Is this treatment? What if I am in crisis?

No. This is peer support, not treatment or medical advice. If you are in crisis, call Samaritans on 116 123 (UK and Ireland, free, 24/7). Call 999 if you are in immediate danger.
