no frontFor men with ADHD & burnout

Terms

Terms

1. What no front is

no front is a private, paid, pseudonymous online community for adult men navigating a late ADHD diagnosis and the life around it: work, relationships, burnout, depression, routines and self-doubt. It is peer support: honest conversation, lived-experience reviews of tools and systems, and practical help from people in the same boat.

no front is not a clinic, therapy, counselling, medical advice or a crisis service. Nothing posted by the founder, by members, or generated by any AI feature is medical advice. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. The community is not monitored around the clock and cannot respond to emergencies.

2. Who can join

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You apply; the founder reads and decides every application. Paying, or offering to pay, never buys admission.
  • No proof of diagnosis is required, and you never have to share your clinical history.
  • Men of every sexual orientation are welcome. Your job title, employment status and seniority are irrelevant here.

3. Membership and payment

  • If your application is approved, you receive a time-limited subscription invitation. Your place is held for 7 days from the invitation; after that it may be released or, if you ask, renewed.
  • Membership is €19 / £16 per month, billed through Stripe. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT and any other taxes, as EU consumer law requires.
  • You can cancel any time, self-service, from your account. Access runs to the end of the paid period.
  • Withdrawal and refunds (EU consumer law): you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day your subscription starts. When you join, you ask for immediate access; if you then withdraw within the 14 days, we charge only for the days you had access, in proportion to the monthly price. After the 14 days, you can still cancel any time - the current paid month simply runs to its end. To withdraw, email hey@nofront.app saying you withdraw; that is enough.
  • The community starts with a founding cohort of 20 members and has a provisional ceiling of 50. The founder may close admissions at any time to protect the quality of the space.
  • Once billing opens, there will be two subscriptions: the Outta Orbit (the 50 community places, €19 / £16 per month) and Inna Orbit (five founding places beyond the 50, €99 / £85 per month). Billing is not live yet; nothing described here is charged today.
  • Both subscriptions can be cancelled any time. No exit call, no form asking why. Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Outside the statutory withdrawal right described above, an ordinary cancellation does not give a partial refund for the rest of the paid period. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights EU and Portuguese consumer law give you.
  • The €99 / £85 Inna Orbit founding rate is kept for as long as the subscription continues. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price in force at that time applies.
  • Applications open in the UK and Ireland first. People elsewhere can leave their email and country on the international opening waitlist. Being on it never means automatic admission, allocation or payment: the founder still decides every place.

3a. The 45 consultation (not yet bookable)

  • The 45 cannot be booked or paid for yet. When it can, these rules will apply.
  • Until 48 hours before the start time, you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule for free.
  • Within 48 hours of the start time, you can reschedule once; that late change is not refunded.
  • If you don't turn up, the slot and the payment are forfeited.
  • These rules never override your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies.

4. Pseudonyms and privacy

  • Members and the founder appear under pseudonyms. You are never required to use your real name publicly.
  • Pseudonymous is not the same as anonymous. The operator holds the account details behind your pseudonym, and legal disclosure obligations under Portuguese and EU law still apply.
  • What members share inside the community stays inside the community. Sharing another member's posts, check-ins or identity outside no front is a serious boundary breach and grounds for immediate removal.

5. Community rules

  • Frank talk is the point. Ordinary swearing is fine.
  • Not fine: threats, harassment, discrimination, slurs directed at members, doxxing, privacy breaches, and scams or solicitation.
  • Every discussion carries a response preference - Just hear me out, What worked for you, or Give it to me straight. Respect it. “Give it to me straight” is a request for candour, never a licence for cruelty.

Report tools are on every thread. Reports go to a human - the founder - not an algorithm.

Reports are reviewed within 72 hours, usually sooner. If content is removed or an account restricted, the member is told which rule was breached.

If a report suggests someone may be at risk of harm, it is prioritised and, where appropriate, they are pointed to professional and emergency resources. The community is not monitored continuously and cannot provide emergency response.

Appeals: if you think a moderation decision was wrong, email hey@nofront.app within 30 days and a human re-reviews it and replies with the outcome. Repeated bad-faith reports can themselves be actioned.

  • Reading quietly is valid participation. There are no streaks, activity quotas or guilt mechanics.

6. Reviews and Stacks

Reviews of tools, apps and systems are written from real use and approved by the founder before publication. They are never sponsored. Approval means the review is relevant and detailed - it is not a guarantee the same thing will work for you.

7. AI features

The optional AI companion is not active at launch. If it is activated later it will be optional, off by default, and covered by its own separate consent. Member discussions are never used to train AI models without a specific, informed design and your explicit permission. The provider, data destination, retention and deletion behaviour will be published before any activation.

8. Leaving

You can leave any time: cancel your subscription, see your exact access end date, and request an export or deletion of your data by emailing hey@nofront.app. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy, including the few records the law requires us to keep (billing records for tax purposes).

9. Operator, liability and law

  • no front is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Contact: hey@nofront.app.
  • These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Nothing in them limits the mandatory consumer rights you hold under EU or Portuguese law.
  • Members are responsible for their own posts. The operator is not liable for member content, but removes reported content that breaks the rules.
  • If these terms change, members are told before the change takes effect.
